• Permitted Use: You may use ImageGrids to upload and edit images to create image grids for personal or professional purposes, subject to these Terms. Images are processed in real-time and are not stored by the Service.

• Ownership: You retain ownership of any images or content you upload to ImageGrids ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant ImageGrids a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service during your session.
• No Storage: ImageGrids does not store or retain your User Content after your session ends. Uploaded images are processed temporarily and deleted immediately after use.
• Responsibility: You are solely responsible for ensuring that your User Content complies with applicable laws and does not infringe on the rights of others (e.g., copyright, trademark).

4. Intellectual Property

• Service Content: All content provided by ImageGrids, including templates, tools, and designs (excluding User Content), is owned by ImageGrids or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
• Restrictions: You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service or its content without prior written consent from ImageGrids.
